FFOF utilizes Dynamic Collaborative Teaming (DCT) as its operational modality. Since the issues associated with change in today's world are so complex, it is important to have a global team that is cross-disciplinary, multilingual, cross-cultural and accomplished in order to be a leading innovator. Many of FFOF Directors work with the myriad of project teams developed to support the FFOF Mission. Keith Wheeler (FFOF President) and other FFOF Board Directors coordinate each of the project teams and serve as the principal investigators for each project.
